Ministry
Purpose:
To encourage participation in the ministries of the church
Build
Involvement Ministry Team
Here
to help strengthen the Christian climb whether you’re a
new member or have been worshiping for years…this team will
offer the support you need to get involved.
Responsibilities
include:
1.
Increase awareness of service opportunities or ministries available
-
Welcome to Griffin Road dinner meetings with video…New
members first, then zones
- Annual Ministry fair
- Web Site up and running, attach involvement form and
other links
- New involvement form, update database for distribution
2.
Help people connect to and serve with a ministry that fits them
-
Ministry Team building – Ongoing training classes
for leaders, assisting ministries in promoting their events, helping
ministries identify and recruit team members
- Current Members – Class to challenge
each member to be good stewards of their Spiritual gifts, Hearts,
Abilities, Personalities, and Experiences
- New Members – orientation class, Buddy
Program ( Designated current member(s) to adopt new members and
visitors. )
3.
Promote a sense of belonging to this church body through participation
in activities

Seek to Serve the church after the pattern of Christ
